About The Position

Fear Farm is now hiring General Labor Crew members to support our 2026 build, preparation, and event season. This role supports the build, preparation, and ongoing development of our haunted attraction and event site. Work is fast-paced, collaborative, and physically demanding, involving manual labor, scenic construction, custom fabrication, and the safe use of tools and equipment. Hours are project-based and may vary depending on timelines, operational needs, and weather conditions. We’re building a versatile team—you do not need experience in every area to apply. If you’re reliable, safety-minded, and willing to learn, we want you on board.

  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment as trained.
  • Follow all safety procedures and supervisor direction.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and accountability on site.

  • Assist with storage organization, inventory tracking, and trailer loading/unloading.
  • Perform basic groundskeeping (mowing, debris clearing, light landscaping).
  • Support minor repairs and touch-up work on site infrastructure.
