This position is for a Sessional Instructional Assistant for the course EEB380H1F – Diversity of Insects. The course covers the evolutionary history, morphology, physiology, development, behaviour, and ecological significance of insects. Labs involve identifying major insect groups found in Ontario and creating insect collections. Field trips for insect collection will occur during class time and on weekend mornings early in the term. The estimated course enrolment is 30 students, and there is one position available with an estimated 70 hours of work. The lab schedule is Mondays from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. The appointment dates are from September 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
