Requirements

Previous experience in office management, ideally within construction or restoration service industries.
excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Some Xactimate knowledge is preferred
Previous Servpro experience is preferred
Knowledge of some industry common software is preferred

Responsibilities

Direct daily office operations, including coordinating staff schedules and overseeing job management software.
First point of contact for clients, handling calls and managing customer satisfaction.
Recruit, train, and motivate staff, such as Office Coordinators, crew, etc.
Managing job files
Support production crews to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
