SERVPRO® Restoration Manager
About The Position

You’ll lead and develop a team of dedicated technicians, manage a wide range of responsibilities including recruitment, training, performance management, and project coordination. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Direct experience with mitigation, cleaning, restoration, or construction services.
- Direct experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and management skills.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferred.
- IICRC industry certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and manage restoration personnel.
- Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction.
- Provide priority response to potential customers.
- Inspect projects, develop scope of work, and review estimates.
- Schedule crews and resources to provide service on active projects.
- Coordinate and oversee restoration services with crews and subcontractors.
- Conduct a final walkthrough on all assigned projects and obtain a certificate of satisfaction from the customer.
- Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines.
- Ensure employee compliance with all company policies.
