About The Position

General Butler State Resort Park, located in Carrollton, Kentucky, offers the peace and tranquility of the country while being just minutes from the city. The park features a 53-room lodge, 24 cottages, a 110-site campground, full-service restaurant, conference center, mini golf, boat dock, shelters, hiking trails, playgrounds, and the historic Butler-Turpin House. We are seeking a Serving Attendant who enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing friendly, attentive service. As a member of our food service team, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming dining experience for our guests.

Requirements

Previous restaurant, food service, or hospitality experience.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable, professional, and committed to providing excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly and attentive service to guests in our dining facilities, helping create a positive and welcoming experience.
Take guest food and beverage orders and serve meals in accordance with established dining room procedures and service standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including assigned dining sections and workstations, to provide a safe and inviting environment for guests and coworkers.
Obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky STAR certification (Server Training in Alcohol Regulations).
Assist with other duties as needed to support efficient restaurant and park operations.
