As the Servicing Operations Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for the receiving, delivery, and digitization of all incoming mail. This position requires the use of various applications, procedures, and computer skills. The department is a high volume, fast-paced environment with various SLA’s. This environment requires accuracy and attention to detail as there is direct customer impact. Primary responsibilities include: Performs advanced clerical operations that are routine and/or repetitive in nature within a fast-paced environment. Utilizes established methods, procedures, and detailed knowledge of business unit products, applications, and multiple systems. Determines the source of issues and resolves them accurately and within established service level agreements (SLAs). Applies knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements to minimize financial and operational risk to Citizens. Demonstrates ability to multitask, prioritize work, cross-train within the department, and assume additional responsibilities as requested by management.
