About The Position

As a Services Technician, you will perform installation, modification, repair, testing, and servicing of systems and communications equipment, including but not limited to hardware and peripherals, software configuration, voice, video, and data cabling systems, as well as networks. We will count on you to emphasize hands-on networking expertise, troubleshooting, and implementation. Along the way, you will get to: Participate in workshops and planning sessions to develop future-state network roadmaps and migration strategies. Assist in the design and implementation of network refreshes, including replacing end-of-life hardware, configuring switches, routers, and voice gateways across multiple sites. Collaborate with network architects and engineers to review current network architecture, configurations, and security policies. Support the development of high-level and low-level network designs, migration plans, and implementation recommendations. Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise networking (switches, routers, WAN/LAN, network security).
  • Hands-on experience with structured cabling (copper and fiber), patch panels, and network closet remediation.
  • Familiarity with Cisco Catalyst Center and related network device configuration tools.
  • Ability to interpret network diagrams, BOMs, and technical documentation.
