Services Technical Excellence Program
About The Position
The Services Technical Excellence Program (STEP) is an intensive three-year rotational program designed to build technical expertise, industry knowledge, business acumen, and leadership skills. It combines impactful roles with program curriculum to prepare graduates for future business roles. Participants complete three one-year rotations to develop skills and explore their interests. Potential rotations include Field Technical Services, Material Management, Remote Monitoring and Diagnostics, Project Management, Product Development, and other areas. Participants also receive technical, business, and leadership training from subject matter experts, frequent exposure to senior business leaders, and opportunities to work directly with customers. Rotation locations include Fort Worth, Texas; Erie and Grove City, Pennsylvania; Kansas City, Missouri; Chicago and Galesburg, Illinois; Selkirk, New York; Cumberland, Maryland; and Lincoln, Nebraska. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
- Willingness to travel and/or relocate within the United States for program assignments.
- Willingness to work in a shop environment.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future work authorization or visa sponsorship.
