About The Position

Citi Services provides global solutions that help corporations, financial institutions, public sector and commercial clients optimize operations and drive their business forward. Through our five business lines – Liquidity Management Services, Payments, Trade & Working Capital Solutions, Investor Services and Issuer Services - we provide cash management, payments/receivables solutions, working capital solutions, post-trade securities services and issuer services across Citi’s global network.
We are looking for a Senior Digital Product Lead to own the vision, strategy, and delivery of CitiManager — a global platform used by corporations and financial institutions to manage corporate card program across web and mobile. Sitting within Platforms and Data Services, part of Citi Services, this role places you at the center of a high-impact product that serves clients across payments, liquidity, and working capital globally. You will work at the intersection of financial services and technology, translating complex client needs into market-leading digital experiences — including those powered by AI.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience in digital product management, with a record of delivering end-to-end product strategy and execution in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Functional experience across payments, cards, liquidity, product development, or data analytics, with the ability to translate domain knowledge into product decisions.
• Skilled at managing multiple priorities and shifting timelines while maintaining delivery quality and stakeholder confidence.
• Communicates complex ideas clearly and concisely — in writing, in presentations, and in cross-functional conversations — at all levels of seniority.
• Applies strong analytical thinking to evaluate data, identify patterns, and make informed product decisions.
• Works effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented, and Agile environment, building alignment across engineering, design, and business teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, analytics, or a related field.

• Broad knowledge of marketing, acquisitions, and product commercialization strategies within financial services.
• Experience mentoring or providing on-the-job guidance to junior product team members.
• Familiarity with corporate card program, treasury management platforms, or working capital solutions.
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the CitiManager platform roadmap, aligning product vision, development priorities, and go-to-market strategy to deliver measurable client and business outcomes.
• Create industry-leading data visualization and reporting experiences by leveraging AI and the latest digital technologies to transform how clients interact with financial data.
• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for the CitiManager Mobile app, enabling clients to manage corporate cards, initiate payments, and complete self-service activities on mobile.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Customer Service teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver product initiatives using Agile methodologies.
• Develop and present product strategy and business plans to senior leadership and partner teams to secure investment approval and cross-functional alignment.
• Conduct client and competitor market research to identify gaps, inform the product innovation roadmap, and differentiate CitiManager's offering in the market.
• Translate client needs into clear value propositions, positioning strategies, and channel approaches that strengthen Citi's standing as a preferred digital partner.
• Evaluate risk considerations as part of product decision-making, ensuring platform development meets regulatory requirements and upholds Citi's standards.
