HP is seeking a Services Specialist to lead solutions based customer engagements working with Retail Industry Solutions team across the end-to-end services lifecycle. This individual contributor role combines consultative selling, solution leadership, and deal execution accountability, partnering closely with Account Managers to shape, develop, and close high-value services opportunities that support customers’ workplace and IT transformation objectives. The Retail Services Specialist is the deal leader for services led pursuits, owning services strategy, solution design, and commercial execution from early discovery through contract signature and structured handover to delivery teams. Managed Services & Solutions span discovery and design, lifecycle management, digital experience, and the ongoing monitoring and management of end user computing environments. This is a customer-facing, quota-carrying role, measured on Total Contract Value (TCV), pipeline creation, win rate, deal quality, and clean handover to delivery.
