We are looking for a Service Sales Manager to join our Professional Services department. This is a US Based Remote role, reporting to the Director, Service Sales. You will be responsible for scoping and selling Zscaler Professional Services (PS) packages and developing our service business across the Enterprise and Commercial Sector. By partnering with license sales and channel partners, you will accelerate customer time-to-value through technical scoping, value positioning, and the creation of comprehensive service proposals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling Professional Services or Technology Solutions with a track record of meeting bookings targets
  • 2+ years of experience mastering the SOW and proposal process, including technical scoping and delivery
  • 3+ years of experience with Security technologies, Networking protocols, SaaS, and IaaS
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical value and differentiators to diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with key partners throughout the delivery lifecycle

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Policy Management
  • Ability to learn Zscaler solutions at a technical consultant level
  • Experience being recognized by customers as a trusted advisor in complex product deployments

Responsibilities

  • Articulate and sell the value of Professional Services within prospective and existing enterprise accounts
  • Collaborate with sales teams and architects to integrate services solutions into comprehensive Zscaler proposals
  • Own the Services bookings quota in the assigned territory with specific attach rate targets
  • Execute technical scoping activities with prospective customers to produce proposals, Statements of Work, and resource plans
  • Partner with channel organizations on joint proposals and scoping to ensure long-term customer success
