Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute global strategies to enhance service value, utilizing competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Commercial Execution: Drive revenue growth through expert pricing strategies, service packaging, and promotional tactics tailored to diverse market needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Support teams to identify upselling opportunities and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze service usage trends and KPIs to inform product development and provide actionable business updates to senior leadership.
  • Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key partners and vendors to strengthen the service ecosystem and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Project Leadership: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of service launches, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines across multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Communication: Articulate complex ideas persuasively to internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring alignment across all levels of the organization.
