About The Position

This role plays a key role in supporting repair processing activities, vendor coordination, and procurement operations. The individual will utilize enterprise systems such as SAP, Ariba, MAPS, and DMS to manage transactions, support indirect sourcing activities, and ensure compliance with company procedures. Working closely with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers, the individual will help drive operational efficiency and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
  • General business, procurement, supply chain, or operations experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under stringent deadlines.
  • Demonstrated strong commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP, Ariba, MAPS, and DMS.
  • Experience supporting procurement processes including purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, and goods receipt activities.
  • Valid work authorization in the country of employment. The employer is unable to sponsor work authorization for this role at any time.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating outside processing of repairs with approved vendors while ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Utilizing enterprise systems such as SAP, Ariba, MAPS, and DMS to support daily operational and procurement activities.
  • Applying departmental knowledge to ensure efficient workflow execution and adherence to repair and sourcing processes.
  • Managing indirect sourcing activities, including Ariba transactions, invoice reconciliation, and goods receipt processing.
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve issues and support business objectives.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as filing, record maintenance, documentation, and transaction processing.
  • Organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks to meet deadlines and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Supporting special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
  • Working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accuracy and accountability.
