About The Position

MetaPhase is seeking a ServiceNow Developer-ITAM/CSM who can serve as a hands-on developer for a federal client. • Experience supporting ServiceNow ITSM and/or CSM implementations, enhancements, or sustainment work.
  • Experience with integrations, including REST APIs, Integration Hub, data imports, transform maps, and/or MID Server.
  • Ability to work directly with Federal client stakeholders, facilitate technical discussions, and explain solution tradeoffs clearly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document requirements, designs, decisions, and implementation notes.
  • Experience supporting Federal clients is required.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required; ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

  • Experience with Agile delivery in Federal consulting environments.
  • Experience supporting platform upgrades, release testing, defect resolution, and production support.
  • Exposure to Now Assist, AI capabilities, GenAI use cases, or enterprise AI governance within ServiceNow is a plus.
