About The Position

This role requires rigorous hands-on experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, CMDB, Employee Centre, Source2Pay, ITAM, and Scope App, adhering to industry best practices. The developer will be responsible for advanced scripting, front-end development using Angular and React JS, and creating custom applications. A strong understanding of ServiceNow's platform capabilities, integrations, and performance analytics is essential. The position also involves working with Domain Separated instances, LDAP/Active Directory/SSO, and potentially implementing Orchestration use cases.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation.
  • Experience with at least two of the following: ITSM, CMDB, Employee Centre, Source2Pay, ITAM, Scope App.
  • Very strong scripting skills.
  • Experience with Angular and React JS.
  • Advanced hands-on development experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rule, Script Includes, Fix Scripts, Workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client Scripts, Email Inbound).
  • Good experience of Service Portal and widget creation.
  • Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub.
  • Very good experience of REST and SOAP based integration, scripted REST and SOAP API creation.
  • Hands-on experience with Performance Analytics.
  • Knowledge of Authentication via Auth 2.0, certificates, and Mid Server.
  • Experience implementing ServiceNow projects in Domain separated instances.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration use cases.
  • Good knowledge of MID Server installation and management.
  • Experience of custom applications development.
  • Experience of LDAP/Active Directory/SSO implementation.
  • Experience of Orchestration use case implementation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience worked on CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, App Engine.
  • Experience in working on Performance Analytics.
  • Design and modification of ServiceNow Service Portal.
  • Review existing set up and provide best practice recommendations in line with the OEM.
  • Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices.
  • Ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features.
  • Experience with HTML coding and Jelly script.

Responsibilities

  • Implement ServiceNow solutions including ITSM, CMDB, Employee Centre, Source2Pay, ITAM, and Scope App using industry best practices.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts such as Business Rules, Script Includes, Fix Scripts, Workflows, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Email Inbound.
  • Create and manage Service Portals, including widget creation.
  • Utilize Flow Designer and Integration Hub for process automation.
  • Develop and manage REST and SOAP based integrations, including scripted REST and SOAP API creation.
  • Implement Performance Analytics solutions.
  • Configure authentication using Auth 2.0, certificates, and Mid Servers.
  • Implement ServiceNow projects in Domain Separated instances.
  • Implement ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration use cases.
  • Install and manage MID Servers.
  • Develop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Implement LDAP/Active Directory/SSO integrations.
  • Implement Orchestration use cases.
  • Work with CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and App Engine.
  • Design and modify ServiceNow Service Portals.
