About The Position
This role involves production support and development for a Federal project using ServiceNow SecOps, with a focus on ITSM/ITOM/GRC/OMT. The position requires significant experience in the ServiceNow platform, including development, administration, and integration. The candidate will also be responsible for mentoring client teams, contributing to project deliverables, and providing thought leadership and hands-on technical configuration.
Requirements
- US Citizen (no dual citizen)
- Able to work from the office 3-4 days a week
- ServiceNow SecOps experience (ITSM/ITOM/GRC/OMT)
- Federal project Support and Development experience
- Integration and API Development experience
- 8-10 years of experience in production environment

- Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions
- Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed
- Participate as a team member of the team
- Perform other duties as assigned
