About The Position

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of ServiceNow projects. In this role, you will manage the full project lifecycle and ensure delivery of high‑quality ServiceNow solutions, including integration, implementation, testing, and operations and maintenance (O&M). You will assemble and lead cross‑functional project teams, manage schedules and deliverables, and maintain strong communication across clients, stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors. The role requires deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, strong project leadership capabilities, and the ability to operate effectively within federal contracting environments, including contract management, financial oversight, and building high‑performing teams.

Requirements

  • PMP certification
  • 2+ years of experience as a software delivery Project Manager
  • 8+ years of experience in software delivery (minimum 2 years with ServiceNow)
  • 4+ years of leadership experience managing teams, Agile delivery, and multiple workstreams
  • 4+ years of proposal and estimating experience
  • 4+ years of client‑facing experience engaging on status, risks, issues, and decisions
  • 4+ years of experience driving quality, performance, and customer satisfaction
  • 4+ years of experience planning, implementing, and managing organizational or technical change
  • US Citizen
  • Clearance requirements may apply based on program needs
