About The Position

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects. This role involves managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication while ensuring successful delivery aligned with business objectives and IT governance standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
  • Hands-on experience managing ServiceNow projects (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience with project planning tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, etc.)
  • PMP / PRINCE2 / Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • Experience in enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow projects (implementation, upgrades, enhancements)
  • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics
  • Manage project plans, budgets, resources, and schedules
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, architects, QA, business stakeholders)
  • Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies – sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives
  • Track project progress, KPIs, risks, and issues; provide regular status updates
  • Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and client communication
  • Oversee release management, change management, and governance processes
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
  • Support roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives
