About The Position

This position is an onsite position and available to be filled at any Huntington Corporate office location (see location options on posting) Minnetonka, MN Columbus, OH Dallas, TX Birmingham. AL Atlanta, GA Houston, TX. Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic and experienced BSA Lead/Product Owner to lead the development and optimization of solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, agile product management, and strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for delivering high-impact digital solutions that drive business value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4+ additional years in equivalent experience.
  • 8 - 12+ years of related experience in product ownership, project management, or service delivery management.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Demonstrable technical skills and ability to learn technology
  • Strong organization, written and oral communication skills
  • Experience facilitating group sessions to gather requirements with ability to ask relevant questions to drill into the details
  • Experience tracking and driving deliverables to completion

Nice To Haves

  • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules and capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Experience in a role performing the listed responsibilities, including experience with the following artifacts: assisting in creation of scope documents, eliciting and documenting functional/non-functional requirements and use cases.

Responsibilities

  • Product Ownership & Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for ServiceNow initiatives. Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact.
  • ServiceNow Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for the ServiceNow platform and applications. Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. Stay current with ServiceNow releases and recommend adoption of new features.
  • Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead and mentor a scrum team of business analysts, developers, and testers. Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives). Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Delivery & Continuous Improvement: Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed expectations. Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement. Champion best practices in agile development, DevOps, and ITIL processes.
