About The Position

This program is at the forefront of transforming how the federal government manages its spectrum systems portfolio. You'll be helping drive that transformation through smarter technology, enhanced automation, and improved interoperability. It's challenging, meaningful work with real-world impact.

Requirements

• At least 12 years of related experience
• Deep, proven expertise in ServiceNow development and architecture
• Confident working across the full platform — portals, workspaces, CMDB, ITSM, integrations, and beyond
• Strong communication skills
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical training is required
• Active ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification — or be ready to obtain both within 30 days of starting
• Secret clearance

Nice To Haves

• Master's in Computer Science or a related field
• Additional ServiceNow certifications

Responsibilities

• Leading the architectural design of complex solutions
• Building and refining custom Service Portals
• Creating widgets that make users' lives easier
• Work with AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to bring those portals to life
• Configuring workspaces
• Automating workflows
• Managing XML data integrations with external systems
• Serve as a mentor to junior team members
• Lead code reviews
• Collaborate with both business and IT stakeholders
• Contribute to proposals and white papers
