Requirements

• 5+ years working with the ServiceNow platform, with prior experience at government or federal agencies/contractors
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) credentials.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, workflows, and cloud architecture.
• Strong problem-solving and client-facing communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Talk with business groups to find out what they need.
• Platform Configuration: Build and set up core modules like ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD.
• System Integration: Connect ServiceNow with other software tools using Integration Hub.
• Testing and Deployment: Run tests to make sure workflows run smoothly before launch.
