About The Position

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Implementor / Senior Developer to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

This is a hands-on delivery role focused on implementing scalable HR workflows, improving employee experience, and driving automation across HR processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with HRSD implementations
• Strong experience with: HR Case Management Lifecycle Events Service Catalog & Flow Designer Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP, etc.)
• Strong understanding of data security and privacy requirements within HR systems
• Ability to work independently in an offshore delivery model

Nice To Haves

• ServiceNow certifications: CSA (Certified System Administrator) CIS-HR (HRSD Implementation Specialist) CAD (Certified Application Developer)
• Experience with Employee Center / Employee Center Pro
• Familiarity with document management and e-signature integrations
• Experience working in enterprise HR transformation programs

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including: HR Case Management Employee Service Center (ESC) HR Service Catalog Knowledge Management
• Configure and customize HR workflows and lifecycle events (onboarding, offboarding, job changes)
• Build and maintain HR catalog items, forms, and automated workflows
• Develop integrations with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.)
• Implement and manage HR data security, including: HR criteria COEs (Centers of Excellence) Data segregation and access controls
• Configure notifications, SLAs, and reporting dashboards
• Support employee experience improvements through portal design and usability enhancements
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform and workflow issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate HR requirements into scalable solutions
