About The Position

ServiceNow is hosting a one-day, immersive career exploration event, in West Palm Beach, FL, designed for early-career professionals who are curious about Software Engineering (SWE) careers in enterprise technology. This is not a job interview — it's an opportunity to connect with ServiceNow leaders, learn about the industry, and experience what a career in SWE at ServiceNow could look like for you. Your day will include: An executive keynote from ServiceNow leadership, Sessions focused on SWE functions and career pathways, Networking with recruiters and business leaders, Meals provided throughout the day.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, from an accredited university, in the field of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar and graduating between December 2027 and May 2029
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
• Skills with various computer programming languages, including but not limited to: Python, JavaScript, Java, C, C++, etc
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
• Computer programming, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
• Genuine interest in pursuing a career in SWE roles
• Available to attend in person in West Palm Beach, FL on August 6, 2026
• Located in or near the South Florida area (please note: travel reimbursement and lodging are not provided)
