About The Position

RapDev is seeking current Computer Science (or related) students for a part-time internship (10-15 hours/week) focused on gaining hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform. This role is designed to accommodate class schedules and offers direct learning from experienced developers and architects while working on actual customer projects. No prior ServiceNow experience is required; the program will teach the platform from the ground up, emphasizing curiosity, solid programming fundamentals, and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Comfortable with programming fundamentals, especially JavaScript.
Genuine curiosity about new technologies and a passion for problem-solving.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work onsite and collaborate in person.
Interest in a long-term career within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Nice To Haves

Prior exposure to ServiceNow or other enterprise platforms.
Experience with REST APIs or scripting beyond class projects.
Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.

Responsibilities

Complete RapDev's ServiceNow training program and work towards certifications.
Develop and sharpen JavaScript skills in an enterprise environment.
Participate in customer meetings and sprint demos to understand project execution.
Receive mentorship while configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications.
Write and test scripts, including business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
Assist in troubleshooting configuration issues with the team.
Join internal SCRUM calls and contribute ideas.
Maintain a log of learning experiences and challenges to facilitate support.
