Requirements

8 Years Required Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow platform and scripting.
7 Years Required Experience with Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and integrations.
7 Years Required Understanding of ITIL-based ITSM processes.
7 Years Required Experience with ServiceNow administration and updates.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules and custom applications.
Implement and deploy ServiceNow solutions for client projects.
Configure workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations meeting client, DIR and World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) specifications and agency standards.
Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and ITSM goals.
