About The Position

Insight Xcite is growing our ServiceNow practice and looking for developers who want to make an impact. You'll support fully funded projects onsite with a government client in Northern Virginia — building secure, scalable, and user-friendly ServiceNow solutions that directly support mission success.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) — non-negotiable. Candidates without this clearance will not be considered.
• 3+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow Certified Administrator certification (required).
• Solid skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or other web development languages.
• Familiarity with relational databases and secure system design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience (or Master’s with 4, Associate’s with 8).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Build and manage workflows, business rules, UI policies, and APIs.
• Configure tables, forms, and user interfaces based on mission requirements.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external data sources and enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design secure, scalable solutions.
• Participate in agile sprints, stand-ups, code reviews, and continuous integration workflows.
• Provide documentation and hands-on support across the full SDLC.
