About The Position

Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, upgrade-safe solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidates will bring strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality enterprise solutions. No C2C, third-party, or sponsorships available for this position.

Requirements

5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform and architecture
Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow development practices
Strong experience across multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, SPM, HAM, IRM, ITOM, SEM)
Proven ability to develop upgrade-safe applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

Experience working in higher education environments is preferred
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is preferred
CIS Certified Implementation Specialist (any module) is preferred

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform aligned with business requirements
Build and maintain advanced scripts using JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting frameworks
Configure and support core ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, SPM, HAM, IRM, ITOM, and SEM
Develop and customize user interfaces to enhance user experience and system usability
Create and maintain upgrade-safe applications and ensure platform best practices are followed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes
Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
