About The Position

3500 Square, LLC is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer for a 6-month federal project. We require a developer with proven experience using the ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) module. This is a fully remote position, with preference for candidates residing in Puerto Rico. Only U.S. citizens may apply. End client is confidential. Full professional proficiency in English required.

Requirements

• 5–6 years’ experience developing and configuring ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) module.
• U.S. citizenship (required).
• Available for a remote 6-month contract, preferably working from Puerto Rico.
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Nice To Haves

• ServiceNow certifications (Administrator or Developer) preferred.
• Availability to start within the next two weeks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using the ServiceNow HRSD module.
• Optimize and troubleshoot HR workflows in ServiceNow.
• Integrate HRSD with other modules or external systems as needed.
• Document configurations, updates, and provide end-user training.
