About The Position

Those in cloud operations at PwC will focus on managing and optimising cloud infrastructure and services to enable seamless operations and high availability for clients. You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing industry leading practices for cloud-based systems. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5 years of experience

Nice To Haves

  • Certification from a leading cloud or service management provider preferred
  • Demonstrating working knowledge of Cloud platforms and technologies that make them work (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
  • Possessing working knowledge of IT Service Management and how it is implemented across different operating models
  • Excelling in delivering solutions in dynamic environments
  • Leading complex projects and integrating client feedback
  • Guiding project delivery from scoping to conclusion
