The work: In this role, you act as the interpreter between business stakeholders and technical teams—translating challenges into clear, actionable requirements and data‑driven solutions. You will work closely with all parts of the delivery team and engage directly with customers, making this a highly collaborative and customer‑facing position.

Requirements

  • ICAgile or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • 3+ years in software delivery, with 1+ year in ServiceNow
  • 3+ years of Business Analyst experience
  • 3+ years using Jira or similar tools to own and manage a backlog (features, user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization, refinement)
  • 3+ years owning and managing a product roadmap, defining MVP, managing scope, and capturing functional/non‑functional requirements
  • 3+ years documenting as‑is/to‑be process flows, sequence diagrams, value stream maps, user personas, and related artifacts
  • US citizen

Responsibilities

  • Working with clients to elicit, understand, and document requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Translating client needs into well‑defined backlog items
  • Ensuring user stories meet the Definition of Ready with complete acceptance criteria
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration across the agile delivery team
  • Creating, organizing, linking, and prioritizing the product backlog
  • Supporting Product Owners with product vision, roadmap development, and strategic planning
  • Driving and supporting planning activities such as sprint planning, refinement, and release planning
  • Managing scope, expectations, dependencies, and commitments throughout delivery
  • Participating in and supporting high‑level acceptance test activities
