About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a ServiceNow SPM Functional Consultant - REMOTE. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in ServiceNow to work directly with developers, architects, and customer stakeholders. Your focus will be on implementing top-tier ServiceNow solutions that relate to non-ITSM modules, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and client satisfaction. In addition to driving requirements workshops, you will play a crucial part in identifying user stories, and process documentation resulting in transformative impacts across various business functions. Accountabilities Plan and drive the agenda for requirements workshops for the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and define functional specifications. Work with SPM applications including Innovation & Demand Management and Project Portfolio Management. Analyze current workflows for enhancements in usability and efficiency. Translate business goals into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with development teams. Conduct Functional Testing prior to QA Testing. Provide training to customer SMEs on ServiceNow SPM features. Participate in UAT and collaborate on test cases and defect resolution. Requirements 7 to 12 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow SPM. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Experience in conducting workshops and providing recommendations. ServiceNow Implementation certification is preferred, including Certified System Administrator. Familiarity with ITIL framework is a plus. Benefits Competitive compensation package for W2 employees. Requirements
