The work: We are seeking a dynamic ServiceNow Business Analyst to help modernize and transform business applications for our federal clients. This is a project-based, business-improvement role focused on guiding organizations toward more efficient, scalable processes within ServiceNow. As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you act as the interpreter between business stakeholders and technical teams—ensuring requirements are understood, solutions are aligned with business needs, and all parties collaborate effectively. This position is highly customer-facing and touches every part of the delivery team, making it a critical contributor to successful outcomes.
