SAIC is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator responsible for assisting an integrated senior-level team in the migration of two different change management systems and consolidating them into one unified and scalable Service Management System (SMS) environment. Configuring, customizing, and supporting the ServiceNow platform to meet the company's IT Service Management (ITSM) needs to improve operational efficiency. The candidate will be a key contributor to the development of the new platform. Must be able to respond to customer user inquiries as well as maintaining and optimizing the organization's new ServiceNow instance.
