About The Position

ServiceNow Administrator will perform daily configuration, maintenance, and support of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring system performance and security. Key duties include managing user access, developing workflows (business rules, UI policies, client scripts), performing platform upgrades, troubleshooting, and creating reports.

Requirements

• 5 Years Experience
• BS/BA Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or Software Engineering.
• Certified CCISO,CISM,CISSO,CISSP,DAWIA PM Advanced,GFACT, or GSLC
• Certified ServiceNow System Admin (CSA)
• Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency

Responsibilities

• Address ticket issues within 4 hours, sustaining QASP compliance and operational reliability.
• Provide Administrative functions to ensure ServiceNOw performs all functions
• Must have the ability to communicate accurate information
