We are currently interviewing for a ServiceNow Administrator to support a federal agency serving more than 4000 users. This role requires a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including its core modules (GRC, IRM, SPM, ITSM, LSM) and best practices, combined with experience working within DoD environments and adhering to strict process and policy governance and security protocols. The ideal candidate will possess a strong development background and be able to translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions and collaborate with other developers on custom integrations. This individual will be responsible for managing the application lifecycle, including development, testing, and deployment of updates and new features. Experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
