About The Position

Pool & Spa Depot is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Writer to support its service and dispatch operations. This role acts as a crucial connection between customers and technical teams, ensuring that service requests, installations, and deliveries are scheduled accurately and managed with care. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, possess strong communication skills, and be adept at managing multiple priorities while upholding a high standard of customer service.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service, service coordination, dispatch, or front office support
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a customer-first mindset
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and follow-through
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, etc.)
Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities
Flexible availability, including overtime as needed - peak season may require up to six days/week.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for customers, assisting with service-related questions in person and over the phone
Schedule and coordinate service calls, installations, and product deliveries
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts and service records
Communicate customer needs clearly to technicians and internal teams
Build strong customer relationships by identifying needs and offering solutions
Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism, urgency, and empathy
Support team collaboration while adapting to changing priorities and daily demands
