We are looking for a self-motivated and dedicated individual to be part of our Operation Teams as a Service Writer. EPG Service Writer plays a crucial role in assisting customers with their vehicle repair needs. This individual is responsible for greeting customers, updating them on the types of services required for their vehicles, and acting as a liaison between customers and service-related businesses.

Requirements

Experience in similar Service writer role(s)
Accustomed to fast paced environment
Attention to detail negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Ability to effectively communicate (verbally and written) between customer and service departments
Be willing to work and grow in a team-oriented company
Be able to use sound judgment and act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Able to meet deadlines, work efficiently and with a drive for results
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Nice To Haves

Microsoft Excel, general knowledge
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
