As a Service Writer, you are the primary link between the shop floor and the customer. You don't just "take orders"-you manage the flow and drive the revenue. Requirements

  • Individuals with 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, or in Automotive Sales
  • Have a valid driver's license
  • Individuals who are comfortable working in a performance-based environment where a portion of their compensation is tied to sales targets and KPIs
  • Individuals who have high energy and are consistently punctual in a fast-paced shop environment
  • Individuals who demonstrate mental toughness and coachability

  • Individuals with 3+ years of experience in a high performing and/or high volume automotive repair shop.
  • Former Collegiate Athletes: Individuals who possess the mental toughness, competitive drive, and coachability to win every day.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Front-of-House: Take full ownership of the guest experience, from the initial greeting to the final vehicle delivery.
  • Precision Documentation: Write and manage service orders with obsessive accuracy and timeliness.
  • Expert Recommendations: Deliver clear, confident repair solutions to customers, building trust through expertise.
  • Technical Synergy: Collaborate daily with Technicians to ensure workflow efficiency and maximum shop production.
  • Consultative Selling: Educate customers on the "why" behind the work and upsell services to ensure vehicle safety and shop profitability.
  • Process Discipline: Follow our proven service process to guarantee a consistent, high-standard result every time.
