About The Position

Turner KIA is seeking a Service Advisor to join their team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, writing repair orders, and selling and upselling services for customer vehicles. The ideal candidate will have experience with the latest customer service practices and be a persistent problem solver. This role offers potential earnings up to $100,000.

Requirements

  • Previous Service Advisor / Service Writer experience preferred, but not required.
  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships.
  • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency.
  • Organized with ability to multitask.
  • Familiar with warranty policies and coverage.
  • Able to discern what the customer is entitled to under these policies.
  • Willing to submit to a background check.
  • Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries.
  • Perform vehicle walk around and document customer concerns for technicians.
  • Consult with customers on applicable service specials.
  • Prioritize required services and provide options upon request.
  • Document declines for services and follow up on future service considerations.
  • Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
  • Remain involved with the delivery of vehicles to customers upon completion to assure all customer concerns can be addressed.
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person.
  • Build relationships with customers.
  • Answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer’s vehicle.
