About The Position

Join the Bristol Chevrolet team as a Service Writer, where you will be the primary point of contact between customers and our service department. In this role, you will facilitate communication between customers and technicians, ensuring that vehicle service and repairs are completed efficiently and effectively. You will provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs, explaining services, and managing service appointments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assist in describing their vehicle service needs.
  • Schedule and coordinate vehicle service appointments.
  • Provide clear and accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance.
  • Communicate effectively between customers and service technicians regarding vehicle issues and solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and services provided.
  • Follow up with customers on service status and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage parts orders and service documentation as needed.
