Responsibilities

  • Greet customers professionally and create a welcoming first impression
  • Listen carefully to vehicle concerns and accurately document repair needs
  • Build estimates and explain recommended services in a clear, confident manner
  • Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair timelines
  • Provide consistent updates to customers on vehicle status
  • Close repair orders while maintaining strong customer satisfaction
  • Maintain clean documentation and accurate service records
  • Help drive shop performance through strong communication and service recommendations
