Evening Service Writer and Parts Counter Advisor
About The Position
Joplin 44's Diesel Service Center is seeking Service Writers and Parts Counter Advisors to work their parts counter. This role is responsible for writing work orders, working with trucking companies on approvals for work, answering phone calls, and creating a repeat customer base. The ideal candidate must be flexible on availability and maintain a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm. Advancement opportunities are available after 90 days for employees who show initiative, are reliable, and committed to customer service. Service Writers and Parts Counter Advisors at Joplin 44 have the potential to earn additional weekly commission.
Requirements
- Must have experience working in sales or customer service environment.
- Willingness for flexibility to cover shifts when needed.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Provide fast, efficient, and friendly customer service with 100% satisfaction.
- Write work orders and enter information into the computer system.
- Ability to work safely.
