About The Position
Joplin 44's Diesel Service Center, a large and reputable service center, is seeking Service Writers and Parts Counter Advisors. This role involves writing work orders, coordinating with trucking companies for work approvals, handling phone calls, and building a loyal customer base. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional and enthusiastic attitude, reflecting the company's commitment to customer satisfaction and its mission. Employees in this role at large TA shops have the opportunity to earn additional weekly commission.
Requirements
- Must have experience working in sales or customer service environment.
- Willingness for flexibility to cover shifts when needed.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
