About The Position

Steele Buick GMC is seeking a Service Video Advisor to join their team. The primary responsibilities include creating and presenting video assessments of vehicle service needs to customers, effectively communicating repair recommendations, and building trust with clients. This role offers an opportunity for detail-oriented, customer-focused individuals with a strong understanding of automotive service to excel and contribute to customer satisfaction and service department success.
