Audi & BMW Service Valet
About The Position
Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Service Valet to join their Audi and BMW Team. This is an entry-level, full-time hourly position that provides training and opportunities for career growth within the automotive industry. The role involves ensuring vehicles are moved and parked correctly, providing excellent customer service, assisting with vehicle check-in, retrieving parts, operating snow removal equipment, washing vehicles, vacuuming interiors, and performing janitorial tasks to maintain a clean service drive. The work environment is fast-paced and includes both indoor and outdoor tasks, requiring standing, walking, bending, and twisting. Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds and rare lifting up to 50 pounds may be necessary.
Requirements
- Capacity to operate a wide variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans, including hybrid models
- Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission
- Good, clean driving record
- Valid driver license
Responsibilities
- Moving and parking service vehicles as needed
- Communicating and providing superior customer service to service clients
- Directing service customers to the appropriate advisor
- Obtaining basic information from vehicles to assist with check in process
- Retrieving parts and supplies
- Operating snow removal equipment
- Washing exterior of vehicles
- Vacuuming interiors of vehicles
- Performing janitorial tasks to keep service drive clean and presentable
