About The Position
Checkered Flag Automotive Group is looking for a Service Valet to join their team in Virginia Beach, VA. This role involves greeting customers, maintaining service drive areas, parking and delivering vehicles, facilitating traffic flow, completing training, and ensuring a safe work environment. The company has been serving drivers in the Virginia Beach area since 1964 and has expanded to over 10 dealerships, offering a variety of automotive brands.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to walk, bend, and sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to operate an automatic or manual transmission a plus
- Must have a valid driver's license with 4 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years
- Major violations in the last 3 years, such as DUI or Reckless Driving, will disqualify candidates

Responsibilities
- Greet and ensure customer needs are met through consistent use of the Winners Edge Service Process (WESP)
- Maintain service drive areas in a clean and orderly fashion
- Park and deliver vehicles
- Facilitate the flow of traffic through the service drive
- Complete required company and manufacturer training
- Maintain a safe work environment
