About The Position

We’re hiring part-time Trash Collectors (Service Valets) to help keep communities clean and safe. You’ll collect bagged trash from residents’ doorsteps and take it to the on-site dumpster or compactor using your own pickup truck or trailer-equipped vehicle. This is physical, hands-on work. Rain or shine, hot or cold, you’ll be outside walking the property and climbing stairs each night. Requirements

Must have a reliable open-bed pickup truck, or a vehicle with a trailer.
Minimum Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance: Must list you as a covered driver.
Authorized to Work in the U.S.: Proof needed at time of hire.
Smartphone with Data Plan: Required to use our mobile app.
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Able to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift.
Comfortable working around trash, odors, and waste.

Responsibilities

Collect bagged trash from residents’ doorsteps.
Transport trash to the on-site dumpster or compactor using your own pickup truck or trailer-equipped vehicle.
Walk the property and climb stairs each night.
Work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Benefits

Pay: Up to $19 per hour
Schedule: Evening shifts, typically Monday through Friday, starting between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM
