About The Position

Germain Lexus of Easton is looking for a reliable, customer-focused Service Valet to join our service department team. In this role, you'll be one of the first friendly faces our customers see — greeting them, safely moving and parking vehicles, and providing shuttle transportation to and from their homes or workplaces while their vehicle is being serviced. Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable navigating local roads and traffic
Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule (including some weekends)
Must be able to pass a background check and driving record review

Nice To Haves

Prior valet, shuttle driver, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Greet customers arriving for service with a professional, courteous attitude
Safely drive and park customer vehicles in designated service areas
Provide prompt, safe shuttle transportation for customers to and from their homes, offices, or other nearby locations
Keep the shuttle vehicle clean, fueled, and in good working condition
Communicate clearly with the service team regarding vehicle drop-off and pick-up times
Maintain accurate mileage and shuttle logs as required
Assist with light lot organization and vehicle staging as needed
Follow all dealership and traffic safety procedures at all times
