The Service Valet at Harr CJDR is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service by assisting with various service-related tasks, including greeting customers, parking vehicles, and coordinating with the service department. Requirements

High School Diploma required
Clean driving record
Valid State of Residence Driver’s License
Defensive driver with an emphasis on safety
Must be able to pass a drug test
Superior attention to detail
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Works well within a team
Follows instructions
Works quickly

Nice To Haves

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Operate Manual Transmission a plus

Responsibilities

Greet all customers in Service Drive upon arrival
Create a warm and welcoming environment by using the customer’s name
Demonstrate a positive presence with a smile
Move vehicles to the appropriate service staging areas
Pick Up and Delivery - Deliver customer’s vehicle from their home/work to the dealership and back.
Assist customers with any personal belongings to and from their vehicle to the loaner vehicle or shuttle
Keep service parking lot organized
Work well within a team in order to serve the customer in a timely manner
