Service Valet / Shop Attendant
About The Position
AutoFair Toyota is seeking a Service Valet / Shop Attendant to provide friendly, professional customer service and help with vehicle movement and organization throughout the dealership. The role also transports customers using the Courtesy Shuttle and picks up customer vehicles. Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Professional appearance.
- Ability to sit and/or stand throughout an entire shift.
- Ability to perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, and walking.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they arrive in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide an engaging, fast-paced, unmatched level of client service.
- Move vehicles throughout the dealership.
- Transport customers in the Courtesy Shuttle.
- Pick up customer vehicles.
- Organize vehicle inventory around the dealership.
